In the normal case, the goods are sent to the nearest PostNord delivery point. When the package is available for collection, an SMS or an email with information about the serial number is sent to the mobile phone number or email specified when ordering. When picking up a shipment, a valid ID document must be presented.

Normal delivery time is 2 - 5 working days (5 - 7 for Norwegian customers) from when ABG has confirmed your order via e-mail. If the product is included in the order range, the delivery time is 5-10 working days.

In connection with your order being sent from ABG's warehouse, an email is sent to the specified email address.

For new goods, the warranty lasts one year from the date of delivery.
