We use cookies in order to make our Rehband websites easier to use and to better tailor the sites and our products to your interests and needs. Cookies may also be used to help speed up your future activities and experience on our sites. We also use cookies to compile anonymous, aggregated statistics that allow us to understand how people use our sites and to help us improve their structure and content as well as for marketing automation in order to give you tailored product recommendations and advertising. We cannot identify you personally from this information.

What is a cookie?
Cookies are files or pieces of information that may be stored on your computer (or other internet enabled devices, such as a smartphone or tablet) when you visit a Rehband website. Integrity Policy

Rehband Stockholm AB is responsible for the administration and processing of any personal data that you as a visitor or customer has submitted to us. Personal data is all data that can be used to identify a single individual person. This storage of personal data is needed in order to process your purchase and for marketing activities if you have actively chosen to subscribe to our newsletter. We are committed to ensuring secure handling of any personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Click here to read the full GDPR legislation. What personal data do we process?
Newsletters: If you have actively signed up to receive any of our newsletters your name and e-mail address is stored and used. Data is shared with our e-mail system provider MailChimp in order to fulfil and manage our send outs.
Order processing: When placing an order we will collect and store name, address, e-mail, phone number, Personal security number (if using payment provider Klarna) and purchased products. The name, address, e-mail and phone number will be shared with our delivery service companies (DHL or UPS) as well as our payment provider solutions Paypal, Klarna and Adyen, in order to be able to complete and send out your order.
Personal recommendations: In order to give you an enhanced and personalised shopping experience with personal recommendations in e-mails, on our websites and in our advertising, we collect Name, e-mail, geographic location, IP-address and phone number and browsing history on our websites. We share this with our recommendation provider Nosto for data processing.
Rating & reviews: To be able to collect and present order reviews for our products online we collaborate with the data processor Testfreaks whith whom we share order information details. Data collected is purchased product(s), customer’s name and e-mail address.
Marketing: For measuring marketing activities, efficiency and website analytics in order to optimise the website for a better user experience we utilise Google Analytics and Hotjar. All data and session recordings are anonymized and is not stored by Rehband. We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices (in particular device's IP address (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display our website). Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile. Neither Hotjar nor we will ever use this information to identify individual users or to match it with further data on an individual user. Marketing campaigns are also measured by our third party solution AdTraction which track order number, order ID and IP address on visitors coming from our partners. We also use anonymized data in order to target advertising on Social media such as Facebook and Instagram as well as Google ads.

Data storage:
At Rehband we always strive to keep your information within EU. All of our own servers are within the European Union, however in those cases where we use subcontractors the information can end up outside the EU. In these cases we have Data Processing Agreements in order to protect your rights. In the event of a data breach we will notify you within the legislated 36 hour.

What rights do you have?
You have the rights to receive, rectify or delete your personal data from any or all of our systems except those in which we as a company have a legal obligation to retain your information. These cases could be in order to apply with local anti-fraud, money laundering- and accountancy legislation.
