Delivery
What is the estimated delivery time?
Normal delivery time is 2 – 5 working days (5 - 8 for Norwegian customers) from when ABG has confirmed your order via e-mail.
In connection with your order being sent from ABG’s warehouse, an email is sent to the specified email address.
Can I see my delivery status for my order?
When we ship your order from our warehouse, a delivery notification is sent out via email. It provides a tracking number and the carrier, with which you can track your shipment.
What should I do if the items are damaged when I receive them?
If your items are damaged you should issue a claim. This you can do by following the steps and filling out the form on our Returns, Exchange & Claims page
What happens if I don't pick up my package?
Your package will be return to us and we will charge you for the return cost of 49 SEK, 49 NOK, 49 DKK or 4.9€
The return cost is the cost from the shipping company to return the items back to us.
How do I know that my package has been delivered?
You will receive a text message when your item is available at your local pickup point for collection.
If the package is to big and should be delivered at your doorstep it can get sent to a pick up point instead. If this happens you will receive a note saying where you can collect it.
Can I change delivery or payment method?
We currently offer only one delivery method, and you can choose from the payment methods available when placing your order. These may change over time as we develop our services.
*Once the order has been shipped you cant change the delivery or payment method.
Can I have a different delivery adress then the one I have under my account?
Yes, you can change it under the adress field in the checkout when you place your order.
*Once the order has been shipped there is nothing we can do about the delivery adress.
Order
Can I make a change in my order once I've placed the order?
No, you cannot change your order after receiving an order confirmation. This is because we process your order for pickup immediately after receiving it.
If you wish to make a change, simply place a new order and return the first order to us immediately upon receipt.

Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order you have to do it before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped you need to collect it and issue a return.
If you want to cancel if right before you've placed the order, contact us.

Once we have received the return we issue a refund and you should have the money in your account within 14 days for the items that have been returned.

You have a 30 day return day guarantee after you have received the package.
How do I return my item(s)?
To return a package you need to follow the steps here and fill out the form.
How long until I receive my refund for my returned items or a claim?
Once we have received your return or claim and it has been approved we will issue a refund. You should see the money in your account within 14 days.
Does it cost to return an item?
Eco-Friendly Returns: We understand that returning items is sometimes necessary, but we also want to encourage our customers to think about the environmental impact of their returns. To help offset this impact, we are introducing an Eco-Friendly Returns fee of 49kr (4.9 €).
This fee will go towards supporting our sustainability initiatives, such as investing in eco-friendly packaging and reducing our carbon footprint. By paying this fee, you are helping to support our commitment to sustainability.

Claims
How do I claim an item that has been damaged?
To issue a claim please fill out the return form and select claim. Follow the steps and we will get back to you as soon as we have come with a decision. You can find the claim form here.
How long until I receive my refund for my returned items or a claim?
Once we have received your return or claim and it has been approved we will issue a refund. You should see the money in your account within 14 days.
